I absolutely love observing with the Vaonis Vespera telescope. When observing, I collect all of the individual stacking images (FITS), etc., to post-process with later. However, the Vespera has relatively small internal storage capacity, only 10Gb. As a result, I have had to copy over files from the Vespera to my computer in-between observations to ensure I don’t run out of space with multiple longer observations. I had hoped that popping open the unit would reveal a user-serviceable means to increase the storage capacity (e.g., an SD card or a hard drive). To my dismay, the storage is soldered on to the custom logic board used by the telescope. The Vespera, however, is beautifully designed on the inside. Here are a couple of photos I took of the internals:

I think they use a Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 with only 16GB eMMC.
*** Maybe *** it is possible to swap this with an Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 with 32GB eMMC – if it is possible to copy the content of the eMMC.
Interesting idea has anyone found someone that has done an upgrade like this to their scope? Anyone willing??
